Mini Flower Pot Cake (Purple and Blue Flowers)
This adorable mini cake was ordered by a client to surprise a special friend for her birthday. The request was to incorporate blue and purple flowers (her favorite colors).
Classic Red Velvet Cake with a luscious Ricotta Cheese filling.
As the recipient of something so elegant, I had the hardest time cutting that cake. Once I did, I had the hardest time stopping myself from gobbling up the entire cake by myself. The fondant melted in your mouth. Red velvet is a favorite, so I've had it often. Jen's red velvet was exceptional. It was moist, rich and creamy. (TWSS)
That cake was the best birthday cake I've ever had in my entire life. I highly recommend Jen's cakes. Not only do they taste great, but I guarantee you'll need a minute to still your heart before you cut into her work of art.
