Seashell Cake
Special request made by a birthday girl for a Seashell Cake.
Bottom Tier - Four layers of moist Vanilla cake filled with velvety Chocolate Fudge Buttercream.
Close up of the Coral (dusted with pearl shimmer) nestled on a bed of edible sand.
Hand made Oyster shell with a beautiful pearl - all dusted with Pearl Shimmer.
White chocolate Starfish and seashells with a dusting of bronze and pink shimmer to give them a luxurious look.
Top Tier - Light Chocolate sponge cake filled with smooth Vanilla Buttercream.

ReplyDeleteThe cake was delicious! The blue fondant pearls and all the chocolate decorations really made the cake complete! I also loved the edible sand and the chocolate coral was delicious and so detailed!! The oyster on top was the best part! (besides how it tasted!!!!) It was so vivid and I couldn't believe that it wasn't a real oyster! Best cake I ever had!!!! Thanks sooooooooooooo much!!!!!! :-)
